RSC Anderlecht welcomes Enzo Sternal. The 17-year-old French youth international joins us on a permanent move from Olympique Marseille and has signed a contract until 2027.
Enzo grew up playing for AS Nancy. In 2022, the attacking midfielder moved to Olympique Marseille's youth teams. At the Côte d'Azur, he immediately rose to prominence. Enzo scored 19 goals in 40 games for Marseille's U19 and excelled with 4 goals and 1 assists in the prestigious Coupe Gambardella last summer.
His remarkable performances earned him a contract extension and his first minutes with Marseille's first team. His debut came against Stade Brestois in August 2024.
Enzo now makes the permanent move to RSC Anderlecht and will initially join our RSCA Futures. He will wear the shirt number 28.
Chief Academy Tim Borguet:
"Enzo Sternal is part of a promising generation in France. He is an attacking midfielder who can play in central midfield and on the left wing. Enzo combines his creativity with efficiency and is a technically strong playmaker. On top of that, he has a good mentality and a lot of maturity for his young age. To sum it up: Enzo is a player with the typical Neerpede-characteristics. His future at our club starts now."
