Mattis Seghers has signed his first professional contract with RSC Anderlecht. The goalkeeper of the 2009 generation will play in purple & white for the next 3 seasons.
Mattis is a young goalkeeper from Aalst who joined our U13 three seasons ago. Today he plays for our U16, a category above his age. At the age of 15, the young goalkeeper with his 1m90 already has quite an impressive physique.
Academy Director Mikkel Hemmersam: "Mathis is a modern goalkeeper whose profile ticks a lot of boxes. Apart from his size, he is also very good on the ball with both feet. He's courageous and eager to learn. That makes him a very interesting goalkeeper for the future of our club.".
